Kate has over fifteen years of experience working across a range of industries designing and delivering training to executives, teams and whole organisations to improve performance, communication, and collaboration.

Kate supports organizations of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies through to emerging SMEs.  

With a Masters in Curriculum Design & a CIPD Advanced Award In Designing, Delivering & Evaluating L&D Provision, Kate consults on training roadmaps and creating effective learning environments.

She's founder and lead trainer for Leading Forward, a personal and professional leadership development program to support women in becoming more effective leaders based on the research and experiences in LeanIn. She's the founder of Andragogy Co., Bangkok, a 2017 British Chamber of Commerce Finalist, Expat Entrepreneur Award and 2018 Thailand Tatler Influential Expat.
