When can I start a home study?

You start with a home study when you want. You can already start the same day online with the course Lighting & Power Design after your registration. When will my registration be final?

Your registration is final when you have registered and we have received a payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us with all practical information such as the log-in for the student platform.

What if I have a question about the subject matter while studying my home course?

You will receive guidance from an experienced teacher for a year, this is included in the course fee. Via a student platform you can ask your teacher questions, make exercises and submit tasks. This guidance can be extended if you wish.

What do I get sent home?

What will change in September 2018 if I want to become self-employed?

From September 2018 you no longer have to take an exam at the Central Examination Board in Brussels to obtain an official Business Management certificate. So this is a big advantage; you can simply obtain the diploma at our school. Knowledge of business management gives you a big lead over your competitors in the development of your business or independent activity. To customers, this is a true proof of quality.

Where and when do I take the exam?

After studying your course, you take the Lighting & Power Design exam at one of our exam locations. If you have achieved at least 60%, then you have passed and you will receive the diploma Lighting & Power Design by post. With this you can immediately apply for your dream job as Lighting Consultant. If you want to start your own business as a self-employed person, you also need the Business Management certificate. For this you follow our training and take the exam at the Central Examination Board (from September 2018 you can also just do this at our school).
