A license, or a user right, is a legal permission to disclose, edit, copy or exploit the intellectual property of third parties in a broad sense. That intellectual property can consist of a brand, a model, a patent on an industrial-technical invention or a copyright on an artistic, literary or scientific work.
In this course you study how to draw up a license agreement, sealing, perform, transfer and allow quenching. Everything is covered, including the possibilities for action in the event of infringements or disputes. In this way you are able to maximize the return of intellectual property in your name, or to realize the intellectual property of third parties. A well-worked out license agreement is in many cases a win-win situation for both participating parties.
