You can get started right after your registration! The digital course is immediately on your profile page. The paper version will be posted immediately and you will receive it quickly at home. Thanks to the flexibility of a home study you study where and when you want. You will receive practical exercises for a year, feedback on demand and tips from the professional field of a top teacher and a passionate health guru via our online learning platform. So you are not alone! When you are finished, take your exam at one of our exam locations and if you pass, you will receive the diploma!

Materials needed

You receive specially developed, loose-leaf teaching material in a handy storage folder. You have everything you need to make your home study a success. Your textbook contains practical questions at the end of each chapter, comparable to the exam questions. This way, you are prepared when the time to obtain your diploma comes!

Practical experience and internship

Do you want to quickly put your knowledge from the Health Coach program into practice? Then definitely follow an internship. You gain concrete work experience that looks great on your CV. In addition, you can further expand your network with contacts who can help you with a job like Health Consultant!

You can choose the period, location and duration yourself. For example, visit a dietician in your area and offer your skills as an intern. To approve the internship, request an internship agreement from your training consultant. You then complete this together with your internship provider and return it to us. You can then get started right away, with a maximum of 300 internship hours. Make sure you have completed everything to get your diploma.

An internship is a useful stepping stone to a great career as Health Consultant. You are of course not required to do an internship.

Exam and diploma

After completing the course, you take a theoretical exam at one of our exam locations. You choose your own exam time. Do you score at least 60%? Bravo, you passed! You will receive the diploma Health Coach by post. With this diploma you are immediately employable on the labor market as Health Consultant. If you want to start as a self-employed person in primary or secondary occupation, it is also useful to also do the home study Start your own business to follow. That course will prepare you perfectly for your new adventure.

The big advantage of a home study is the flexibility. You study where and when you want. You choose how long you want to spend on the course (you can take the exam at our school until 5 years after the start of the course) and therefore easily combine your study with a job and / or family!

What is the age of the students?

We have a very diverse audience, also in terms of age. There are students who come straight from the school desks and still want to go in a different direction or want to expand their knowledge, young people who want to make a switch or become self-employed after a career of several years, and people in their forties or fifties who reach the end of their career still want to do something else. In addition, we also have a few courses that are purely hobby-oriented. Minors can also participate, subject to parental consent.

How do I register for a course?

You can do this on one of our secretariats or simply online by filling in the registration form and make a payment .

When will my registration be final?

Your registration is final when you have registered and we have received a payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us with all practical information such as the log-in for the student platform.

What if I have a question about the subject matter while studying my home course?

You will receive guidance from an experienced teacher for a year, this is included in the course fee. Via a student platform you can ask your teacher questions, make exercises and submit tasks. This guidance can be extended if you wish.

What do I get sent at home?

What will change in September 2018 if I want to become self-employed?

From September 2018 you no longer have to take an exam at the Central Examination Board in Brussels to obtain an official Business Management certificate. So this is a big advantage; you can simply obtain the diploma at our school. Knowledge of business management gives you a big lead over your competitors in the development of your business or independent activity. To customers, this is a real quality proof.

Where and when do I take the exam?

After studying your course, you take the Health Coach exam at one of our exam locations. If you have achieved at least 60%, then you have passed and you will receive the diploma Health Coach by post. With this you can immediately apply for your dream job as Health Consultant. If you want to start your own business as a self-employed person, you also need the Business Management certificate. For this you follow our training and take the exam at the Central Examination Board (from September 2018 you can also just do this at our school).
