Tips for the perfect autumn
22/10/2019 Amari Lindroos
Autumn is the perfect time for nature walks, roasted chestnuts, delicious oven baked dinners and a crackling open fire. Nevertheless, some people don’t enjoy the days getting shorter, the rainy weather and the cold. This blog will give you a few easy tips so that you can enjoy a beautiful autumn as well.
Go outside
Get your warmest coat, put on your new wellies and get out of the house! Countless studies have shown that daylight and vitamin D are essential for your health. Because of the exercise, your body will start to produce extra endorphins as will, which will make you instantly happier!

Smiling makes you look better
Smiling, laughing, giggling… each of them will make you feel happier. Even if you don’t have a reason to smile, put a smile on your face anyway. For research shows that your facial expression in itself is enough to change your mood. So even it is fake, smiling helps! Do you want to know more about living a happy and successful life, or would you like to help others to start smiling again? Download the sample chapter of our life coach course. This home study will teach you everything about happiness and learn you how to improve the lives of others.
Delicious autumn dishes
It’s always tempting to stuff yourself with chocolate, candy, warm apple pie and chocolate brownies during cold autumn days. Still, try to resist temptation! Opt for typical (winter) dishes instead, for these are full of essential vitamins. What about a delicious hotpot, or homemade oven bake or creamy pumpkin soup? Comfort is the way to go during autumn! Would you like some more tips & tricks on a healthy lifestyle? Out Healthcare & Welfare courses will teach you everything you want to know.

Keep busy
Many of us often feel a bit down during the autumn months and would prefer to hide on the sofa underneath a comfy blanket. However tempting, this brings on the autumn blues. So welcome distraction and try to do something fun, like following a course in cupcake baking, or finally enroll for that French course you have been talking about for years.

Our Coursle home studies are the perfect way to stay busy during the winter months. Lisa C. enrolled for our Portuguese course, and she’s convinced a home study is “perfect to keep yourself entertained on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I am learning something new and it’s incredibly fun as well”. Would you like to immerse yourself in an interesting subject for the next few weeks?
