4 fun Easter activities for all ages

Spring is coming! The sun is shining, birds are singing, Easter bells are ringing, and you probably want to have fun with your family. Let's get started!

1. DIY

Appeal to your children's creative side on this special day! Arts & crafts are a great opportunity for your kids to develop their talents. For example, before you go out egg hunting, make a custom egg basket! After all, any kid on a good hunt needs a good basket. Take out the glue, scissors and markers and put your imagination to the test. A basket shaped like a rabbit? Or a bell? There are no limits.

An oldie but a goodie, egg hunting is a hallmark Easter tradition for all ages! You can spice it up by hiding a few real chicken eggs around. Warn your kids to be cautious on their epic quest and spot the real eggs among the chocolate ones. This ties in nicely with our next activity:

3. Kitchen art!

Easter is about sweets. Then why not lean into it? Baking is a great way to engage with your kids and introduce them to some cooking basics. Show them how to bake a mouthwatering Easter cake. Buy good dough, melt some dark chocolate for the base and garnish the whole thing. Congratulations, you just had fun with your kids and taught them something useful!

Kids love playing dress-up! SImilarly to Halloween, adding costumes to an Easter party makes it that much more fun. Become the Easter Bunny and get some eggs. Unleash your inner artist and have some laughs!
